NEW HARTFORD – Miya Soppe scored a goal in the second half, lifting the Dike-New Hartford girls soccer team to a 1-1 tie against Union Tuesday in New Hartford.
Union scored in the first half and led 1-0 at halftime. Soppe’s goal was unassisted. Jaden Zedeker had three saves for D-NH.
The Wolverines picked up their second straight tie Friday, 0-0 at Nevada. The Wolverine defense held the Cubs to two shots on goal.
Dike-New Hartford hosted No. 1-ranked Hudson Tuesday, plays at Gladbrook-Reinbeck Thursday and plays at Colfax-Mingo Friday.
