John Irvin Olthoff, 97, of Wellsburg, passed July 17, 2014, at the Unity Point Health Center Allen Hospital in Waterloo. A funeral service was held on July 19 at the Wellsburg Reformed Church,Wellsburg. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial followed services at the church cemetery.
