Ivan Miller of Eldora and a native of Grundy Center, is included in a newly released book about golf in Iowa.

Golden Harvest, Iowa’s Rich Golf History, authored by 11-time Iowa Sportswriter of the Year Rick Brown, tells about Miller’s younger days when he was one of the top golfers back in the 1980s.

Miller was tabbed the “Minnow King” for the number of one-day tournaments he won around the state. Miller noted that he won over 100 tournaments all around Iowa.
