Darla Dekker Noble

Darla Dekker Noble, age 74, of Aplington  Darla went to be with her Lord and Savior on May 3, 2014, at Unity Point Health – Allen Hospital in Waterloo, from natural causes.

Funeral services were held May 6 at First Reformed Church in Aplington with Pastor Brett Vander Berg officiating.  Organist was Cami Haugstad and she accompanied the congregation as they sang “Amazing Grace” and “In The Garden.”  Special music was provided by Randy Aalderks as he sang “I Cry Holy.” Burial was at Pleasant View Cemetery in Aplington with Aaron Noble, Mark Noble, Greg Noble, Kodi Robinson, Colton Sandell and Patrick Rowan serving as Casketbearers.  Honorary Casketbearers were Brooke Noble, Myriah Noble, Chelsey Robinson, Bailey Sandell, Delaney Sandell, Allie Noble and Jen Noble. Visitation was held on Monday, at the First Reformed Church in Aplington and one hour before services at the church.  Memorials may be directed to the family.  Redman-Schwartz Funeral Chapel in Aplington was in charge of arrangements.  Online condolences may be left at www.redman-schwartz.com.
