BCLUW grad Wilson leads DMACC volleyball to upset win

WATERLOO – Eden Wilson hit 17 kills for Des Moines Area Community College women’s volleyball in a five-set upset of 11th-ranked Hawkeye Community College on Wednesday, Sept. 14.

Wilson, a BCLUW grad in her freshman year with the Bears, added five digs in a 27-25, 22-25, 25-23, 20-25, 15-11 victory for the Bears, their fifth-consecutive victory.

Wilson is studying a liberal arts major at DMACC. She leads the team with 3.5 kills per set, 143 total kills in 41 sets played.
