Karsjens, Meinders, Kollasch qualify for Drake Relays

   AGWSR’s senior tandem of Nathan Karsjens and Caleb Meinders qualified for the discus throw and the shot put, respectively, at the Drake Relays to be held later this week in Des Moines.
   Meinders will throw the shot put on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. while Karsjens will compete at 9.a.m. on Friday.
   The Cougar boys will go up against 23 other competitors in their respective events, the best of the best in the state regardless of class.
   In the girls’ competition, Dike-New Hartford senior Alayna Kollasch will run against 20 other athletes in the 3,000-meter run at 6:10 p.m. on Thursday.
